Visibility: mainly moderate/ good until late morning, then very good/excellent until late afternoon then briefly poor before becoming variable ranging through good, very good and excellent. Temperatures: +11.9° to +3.7C. Wind: light/moderate mainly SSW/SW until late afternoon, then moderate strong due W until mid-evening then moderate/light WNW/WSW thereafter. Surface pressure at 0000UTC: 1016Pa and falling. Fronts etc.: two closely associated NNW/S cold fronts moved rapidly E over the District during the late afternoon/early evening.
