NEW SPURN BIRD OBSERVATORY

As you may be aware, Spurn Bird Observatory have started a fundraising campaign to purchase a new Observatory building in Kilnsea to help with their migration studies and other educational work. LOCAL – Weather: mainly clear skies with occasional cloudy spells, dry throughout. Visibility: very good/excellent all day. Temperatures: +13.5° to +7.4°C. Wind: mainly moderate/strong with gusts from 43-28mph, occasionally light later in the day. Surface pressure at 0000UTC: 1002hPa and falling to 1001hPa before rising for the rest of the day ending the day at 1009hPa.
