NEW SPURN BIRD OBSERVATORY

As you may be aware, Spurn Bird Observatory have started a fundraising campaign to purchase a new Observatory building in Kilnsea to help with their migration studies and other educational work. WEATHER REPORTS

LOCALWeather: clear skies until early morning the overcast thereafter with rain through much of the day. Visibility: very good/excellent until midday then poor/moderate until late afternoon, very good thereafter. Temperatures: +3.1° to +15.0°C. Wind: light/moderate, occasionally very light, SW/SSW/S until late morning, SE/SSE/S until late afternoon and back to SSW thereafter. Surface pressure at 0000UTC: starting at 1016hPa rising to 1019hPa by late morning before falling slowly thereafter to end the day at ????hPa. Fronts etc.: an E/W front moved N over the District during the early afternoon.
