DEARNE VALLEY – Adwick Washlands (SE4602) – 4 Wigeon, 2 GARGANEY, 2 Goosander, 1 Little Egret, 3 Buzzard, 1c Water Rail, 2 Grey Partridge, 16 AVOCET, 2 Ringed Plover, 1 Common Sandpiper, 25+ Redshank, 1 Black-tailed Godwit, 1 Snipe, 1 Little Owl, 2 House Martin, 9 Yellow Wagtail, 1 WHITE WAGTAIL, 1 REDSTART, 3 WHEATEAR, 1s Sedge Warbler, 1 Reed Warbler (Gary Stones and Danny Fardell per Twitter)

DEARNE VALLEY – Bolton Ings (SE4302) – 3 Mute Swan, 14 Greylag, 7 Canada Geese, 30 Tufted Duck, 8 Gadwall, 8 Pochard, 7 Mallard, 5 Great Crested Grebe, 4 Little Grebe, 62+4y Coot, 1 Moorhen, c320 BH Gull and 1 LBB Gull. DEARNE VALLEY – Broomhill Flash (SE4102) – 1 LITTLE GULL which was constantly harassed by Black Headed Gulls. Also present were 2 Mute Swans, 38 Canada Geese, 2 Greylag, 21 Tufted Duck, 17 Gadwall, 9 Pochard, 6 Teal, 2 Mallard, 1 Great Crested Grebe, 4+ Little Grebe, 1 Grey Heron, 13 Coot, 2 Moorhen, 4 Red Legged Partridge, 2 Buzzard, 10+ Lapwing, 3 Common Sandpiper, c.180 BH Gull, 2 Herring Gull, 1 Willow Warbler and a Swift ( picked up by S.Roebuck over Wombwell Ings ) (Alan Whitehouse per today’s BARNSLEY BIRD SIGHTINGS) .
