DEARNE VALLEY – Old Moor (SE4302) – 4 Shelduck, 1 PINTAIL, 3 Teal, 1 BITTERN flew to Bolton Ings; 2 Little Egret, 6 AVOCET, 5 Oystercatcher, 1 LRP, 2 Dunlin, 2 MEDITERRANEAN GULL (these two were unringed and therefore were different to those last Saturday); 1 Kingfisher, 1 Green Woodpecker, 1 Lesser Whitethroat, 1 Garden Warbler, 2 CETTI’S WARBLER, 4 WILLOW TIT, 1 BEARDED TIT, 1 Treecreeper, 5 Linnet (Barnsley BSG, Karen Williams and Keith Saunders per Twitter and today’s RSPB-OLD MOOR-RECENT SIGHTINGS) .
