LOCAL – Weather: mainly clear skies with scattered cloud until 7am; then mainly overcast until 8pm, with some light rain during the late afternoon; then cloudy but brighter thereafter. Visibility: good until 9am; then very good thereafter. Temperatures: +2.7°C to +3.1°C to +2.3°C to +11.1°C to +9.6°C.
