IDLE VALLEY – Gringley Carr (Notts) – Most ditch banks scarified. No Owls or Harriers. 3 Buzzards, 1 Kestrel, 6 CORN BUNTING, mixed finch flock (c400) over to Mission at sunset. Few Fieldfare and 50 or so starlings. No waders, game birds either. (Stephen North)
